Mushroom  recipe is my family favorite dish.

For today’s mushroom curry recipe I cooked them in onion tomato and garlic paste, flavored with kasooori  methi and some more ingredients. I want  to keep the gravy littilebit  thick and little spicy. You can  also change the stability of the gravy according to your wish. But do not add water till then Mushrooms are fully suitable for eating or else mushrooms will become wet. You can enjoy it with jeera rice, kulcha, rumali roti  or chepathi’s. It tastes super yummmee.


While creating this mushroom masala curry it's important  that onions ought to cook until they're nice brown otherwise they're going to not dissolve in gravy and can not style smart. conjointly rather than cream I actually have supplementary milk however if you prefer you'll be able to add cream. Mushroom curry recipe ingredients:


Recipe type: Lunch and dinner
Cuisine: Indian type
Serves: 3 members

Ingredients

 1.  Mushroom: 14-15

 2.  Onions: 1 cup chopped

 3.  Tomatoes: 1 cup chopped

 4.  Garlic: 4-5 cloves

 5.  Ginger: ½” piece
 6.  Oil: 4 tbsp
 7.  Cloves: 2
 8.  Black pepper corns: 8-10
 9.  Small cardamom: 1
10. Kasoori methi/ Fenugreek leaves: 1 tsp
11. Turmeric powder:
12. Red chilly powder
13. Cumin powder
14. Coriander powder
15. Kashmiri lal mirch powder:
16. Salt
17. Boiled Milk: 1/ 2 cup

Instructions
  1.      Wash and cut each mushrooms in 4  small pieces and keep them aside for sometime.
  2.       Crush black pepper, cloves and small cardamom and let it keep it aside for sometime.
  3.       Crush ginger garlic in mixi.
  4.       With medium flame add 4tbsp of oil.
  5.       As the oil gets hot add crushed black pepper,  2 cloves and small cardamom.
  6.       Now add some chopped onions and stir it well and add salt with your convinient.
  7.       Cook till onions are become  brown in color. stir them after every few minutes to avoid excessive burning.
  8.       Once onions turns brown then add Kashmiri lal mirchi and  some turmeric powder.
  9.       Mix them well and add tomatoes which we take. Saute, mix and cover the bowl and let the tomatoes become soft and cook till massala starts loosing oil.
  10.       Keep stirring after every few minutes as we are cooking on high heat and masala may burn  fast.
  11.       Once masala starts loosing oil add kasoori methi, red chilly powder, coriander powder and cumin powder.
  12.       Mix it well. And slowly put together some  milk and keep on stirring it  otherwise milk can  curdle.
  13.       Cook until masala stars loosing oil once more.
  14.       Now add cut mushrooms combine well, cowl and cook mushrooms with spices until they     become very little soft.
  15.       Now add little or no water or no water as needed.
  16.       Mushroom masala is prepared to serve.
